If your property is only rented out occaisionally then we offer a cleaning service to go into the property the day before clients arrive and ensure that all beds are made, surfaces are dusted, and that everything is in order for clients arrival. If you have clients staying on a more continuous basis then we offer a full cleaning service with a large team of cleaners who can clean between clients departures and arrivals. Included in this service is a change of bed linen and towels. In addition we can offer a towel change service mid week for clients if you decide to offer clean towels twice per week. Pool Cleaning: Many rental properties have their own pool, and pool cleaning and maintenance is a specialised job. We have a team of experienced pool technicians who can visit your property on a regular basis to keep your pool in the best condition possible. We document all our pool visits to provide owners with the security of traceable pool maintenance records. We can advise on pool chemicals, and are flexible to either supply chemicals or use clients own chemicals.

Gardening Service:
The gardening service is offered either on a regular or occaisional basis depending upon the needs of the property.
Regular gardening we offer at a fixed price, and your garden will be maintained with a specified number of visits per month, which can include watering.
Occasional gardening is on a “when needed” basis, and is offered to tackle all other gardening requirements, which may be a make over or just a good tidy up.

Security Check Service:
When your property is vacant for any reason, we offer a reliable security check service to give you real peace of mind that your property has not come to any harm, and to ensure that everything is in good working order.

Maintenance:
All properties need general maintenance to keep them in good working order, and with rental properties the wear and tear on properties can be very tough.

At CasaCare we have a team of skilled maintenance personnel who can carry out any type of general maintenance: small repairs and painting to exterior/interior walls, repairs to electrical items and lighting, repairs to bathroom fittings and plumbing, and repairs to kitchen or wooden furniture/cupboards.

Emergency Call Out:
We offer a 24 hour emergency call out service for urgent repairs such as loss of water, electricity, or water leaks. We are also available during these hours in the unfortunate event of burgulary, where we can assist with securing a property and help with dealing with local police if necessary.

Outside Contractors:
Being a Spanish owned company, and working in property management for many years, CasaCare has a large database of contractors who can be called in for planned repair or refurbishment jobs. Working with local contractors over a number of years means that we can demand the best prices and most reliable people for your works.

Equipment Hire Service:
We have an extensive equipment hire service available to your clients to cover their every holiday need. These include:

• Baby equipment, -cots, high chairs, car seats, push chairs, etc
• Entertainment equipment –TV´s, DVD players, Video players, Play station etc.
• Household - fans, kettles, toaster, heaters, microwaves, etc.
• Beach and garden - cool boxes, sun bed cushions, parasols, boogie boards, etc.

Representation:
You may need someone to oversee your affairs as well as your property. Sooner or later you will probably need someone to advise on lawyers, banking, accounting or insurance related to your property purchase. As a legal and established local company we can represent you openly, and deal with the authorities on your behalf. Our management understand the local administration and property laws, and have years of local experience. With our multi lingual staff we can help in translation or simply “problem solving” related to any aspect of your property.
